Indicators of institutional linkages in rural settlements in the north of Paraná and in Pontal do Paranapanema

Abstract
This paper presents the results of a quantitative research study of indicators of perceptions to assess institutional linkages in rural settlements in the northern regions of Parana and Pontal do Paranapanema (SP), highlighting in particular service users' perceptions of the quality of the services provided by governmental agencies, including technical assistance; social movements; associations; cooperatives; local government; state and federal government agencies; churches; local marketing; and NGOs. The research findings showed the overall positive relations, which have been established with bank branches (commonly State Bank), local marketing and churches. Likewise, the importance of indicators to measure perceptions of institutional quality as a resource for contextualization and to better understand specific indicators of public policies, and the actions of the ATER (technical assistance and rural extension) agencies was also examined.
