The daily life of gender relations and agriculture family

Abstract
This text aims at examining how is the daily life organization of the women who live in Cerro line of Lola, Toledo-PR municipality, with the central focus their work routines and forms of sociability set in the home environment. Partial results of the research, through interviews with eighteen women who take part in the Ladies
Club or Club Bolãozinho indicate that the forms of sociability dilute the social segment considered family farming, since individuals and families of varying economic conditions live together, above gender, race/ethnicity and generations conditions. The results indicate that the women interviewed have as the main
occupation, a large part of their time, work-related activities, which, in salaried forms, present themselves with informal contracts (with daily receipts, urban wage, for tasks), combined with domestic service activities and agricultural and livestock activities in the farms and ranches for those who own land. Women’s work is, rarely, carried out with the contribution of family members, except for those collective ones, with associative purposes.
