A Relevância do Diário de Campo na Busca da Compreensão da Relação entre Assentados de Reforma Agrária, a Terra e o Meio Ambiente

Abstract
Com a minha participação no Projeto Auxílio-Integrado, intitulado “Inserção dos Assentamentos de Reforma Agrária às economias regionais / indicadores de qualidade de vida e integração ao meio ambiente: Araraquara-SP”, a partir de 2000, obtive a oportunidade de desenvolver um trabalho abrangente de pesquisa, que viria futuramente alterar minhas visões e meus conceitos sobre os assentamentos. Adentrar a esfera “micro” dos assentamentos e desses novos atores sociais (Whitaker e Fiamengue, 1995), onde as relações evidenciavam-se amplamente, exige de todo pesquisador uma postura que vise enfrentar em si próprio e em geral o desconhecimento e os preconceitos em relação ao rural.
