The study analyzes the normative evolution through the Land Statute (1964) and the 1988 Constitution, revealing the gap...

This article documents the memories of repression, employer violence, and resistance among rural wage workers, union leaders, and political mediators from the interior of São Paulo at the close of the twentieth century. It situates these narratives within a broader historical framework of the pursuit of rights, justice, and recognition of the living and working conditions against which these actors struggled.
