Indicadores Ambientais em Assentamentos Rurais: Uma Análise Citacional

Abstract
Indicadores ambientais vêm se consolidando como ferramenta de subsídio às políticas públicas em assentamentos rurais. Assim, este estudo objetivou analisar indicadores e metodologias utilizadas pelos autores da área, bem como investigar laços de citação entre os mesmos. O levantamento foi realizado nas bases de dados: Scopus, Scielo e Portal de Periódicos CAPES, no período de 2000 a 2014, com as palavras-chave: indicadores ambientais; assentamentos rurais. Dos dezesseis artigos selecionados, foram contabilizados 164 diferentes indicadores ambientais, abrangendo as mais diversas temáticas. A análise metodológica revelou a importância da flexibilidade dos indicadores, corroborando a diversidade de referências utilizadas pelos pesquisadores. A relação de citação cruzada entre os autores foi considerada fraca, visto que apenas um dos autores selecionados foi referenciado pelos demais. Embora o recorte do tema ainda se apresente de forma restrita, estudos desenvolvidos com o objetivo de gerar dados de subsídio à gestão ambiental caracterizam-se como uma tendência atual crescente.
